Engineering The Future

Engineering The Future is a conference dedicated to the people, technologies, and ideas shaping the future of engineering.

Bringing together industry leaders, engineers, innovators, and technology experts, the conference explores how digitalization, automation, AI, and advanced engineering solutions are transforming the way products are developed, manufactured, and delivered.

Through inspiring keynotes, customer success stories, expert discussions, and networking opportunities, Engineering The Future creates a platform for sharing knowledge, exchanging experiences, and discovering new ways to drive innovation and efficiency across engineering organizations.

Engineering The Future 2026 takes place on 9 November 2026 in Copenhagen. The programme covers CPQ, Design Automation and the Tacton platform, with customer cases from companies that run these solutions in production today.

Engineering the Future 2024 - Best Moments

RECOGNIZING EXCELLENCE

During Engineering the Future 2025, we hosted an Award Ceremony to recognize the clients who have believed in Scandinavian Digital’s solutions and collaborated with us daily throughout the past year. Both of this year’s award winners had presented their customer cases at Engineering the Future 2024, both companies presented highly compelling customer cases that exemplify their collaborative approach and shared commitment to staying ahead of the competition.

The leaders forward-thinking vision, driven by innovation and a passion for progress earned them this award. Together with the Scandinavian Digital team, they are shaping the future of engineering, and it was a pleasure to celebrate their continued success.

GEA Group, represented by Kári Holgarsson, the Director Engineering Support at the company that received the Best Design Automation Vision Award. Last year, we called them visionaries for stepping ahead of the competition and this year, they’ve proven it once again.

Aasted, represented by Henrik Heitmann, the Chief Technology Officer at the company that received the Highest Design Automation Complexity Award. Because complexity isn’t always a bad thing, sometimes, a complex challenge is exactly what leads to innovation. Aasted trusted that the Scandinavian Digital team could help transform complexity into clarity and here we are.
