Asking the right questions, in a user friendly interface and get real time updated information on what is possible and what is not possible. Get default values in areas that the sales person can not answer to ensure always the best possible solution.

Guided Selling

Guided selling is guiding the customer to select the right products, systems or combination of products. For example: Instead of asking what car you would like to buy, then we ask, how many kilometers are you driving per year, do you like to drive faster, etc. Then we guide by asking the right question and finding the correct car for the customer.

Document Generation

Based on the sales configurator, getting all documents created automatically. For example Proposal documents, Pricing sheet, Technical Specification, Bill of Material, Price/cost overview or any other document needed for a commercial reason. All engineering and manufacturing documents could also be included with use of Engineering and Design Automation.

Price & Cost Management

Based on the Sales Configurator, it is possible to have full transparency on the price and cost. It could be based on the selection that has been made, it could be based on the Bill of Material or even on engineering calculations or a combination of both.
